The client works for an Insurance Company and has dozens of men working out on site. Quoting and Invoicing
was taking huge amounts of time. To make matters worse their client introduced 100 pages of codes and descriptions that
had to be used when quoting and invoicing.
We created software allowing a quick look up for the codes - generating invoice lines and a complete invoice.
The invoice was then converted into a Word Document (the Clients requirement) for delivery by E-Mail. Just a few
mouse clicks.
